Stefani Estate The View Yarra Valley Chardonnay is a single site wine from the estate The View Vineyard, situated at 300 metres altitude on the slopes of Long Gully Ridge.

The grapes are handpicked, bunch sorted and pressed. After cold settling, the juice is fermented and matured for 12 months in new French oak barrels. Partial malolactic fermentation also occurs in barrel.

Pale straw, Stefani Estate The View Yarra Valley Chardonnay is a full bodied, textural wine with firm acidity. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
